Step 1: Unlock Key Affinity Level 2 (Small Good Deeds)

Because these deeds require access to mid-to-late game areas like Mor Ardain and Indoline Praetorium, you cannot complete them immediately after summoning Perun. While there are multiple deeds in the game, and the three listed here are not the only ones that exist, these three options are straightforward:
