How to Unlock Obrona
To obtain Obrona, you must first complete the main story and start a New Game Plus (NG+) playthrough. Once in NG+, she is added to the general pool of Blades that can be summoned randomly.
Because she is a random pull, you will need to bond Core Crystals with your Drivers in New Game Plus until she is successfully summoned.
Best Drivers for Obrona
While Obrona can be bonded to any Driver, her effectiveness varies depending on who she is paired with. Two Drivers stand out for very different reasons.

Morag (The Agility Stat Stick)
Morag is another viable option, though she plays a purely passive role. Equipping Obrona on Morag grants a massive +20% Agility modifier, which is incredibly useful for building Morag as an evasion tank.
